Estimates do not include unforeseen issues such as subfloor damage, moisture problems, or structural concerns unless listed.

4. Scheduling & Project Requirements

Timelines are approximate and may vary due to material availability, weather, or site conditions.
Clients must ensure the work area is accessible, cleared, and safe.
Client-caused delays may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

5. Payments & Billing

A deposit may be required to secure materials or schedule work.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Texas law.
Materials purchased on behalf of the client must be paid in advance.

6. Materials & Product Selection

Clients must approve all materials before installation.
EZ Flooring is not responsible for defects or shortages in client-supplied materials.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials supplied by EZ Flooring.
Natural variations in flooring products are normal.

7. Workmanship Warranty

EZ Flooring provides a limited workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects for a defined period. This warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage, improper maintenance, third-party damage, client-supplied materials, or environmental factors.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, ensure the workspace is safe and accessible, remove personal items unless otherwise arranged, and follow care guidelines after installation.
